Function description:
Unwinding part
>Unwinding method:The material roll adopts a shaftless cone top head. Feeding width can be adjusted by unwinding width motor.Adopting hydraulic method to swing mechanism up and down can reach automatic roll-up and reduce labour intensity.
>Unwinding correction:The machine uses analog correction system to track material edges or printing lines.
>Deviation adjustment device:The unwinding aluminum guide roller has a longitudinal deviation adjustment device, allowing the material to run parallel to the guide roller to the maximum extent and ensuring rewinding precision and quality.
>Unwinding tention detection :Two tension sensors cooperate with two pneumatic brakes to realize unwinding tension. By tension sensors, we can calculate output torque and make the material film produce a certain tension so that ensure the tension of the material film.
>Unwinding control:.The machine has functions of starting, stopping, speed regulation, unwinding residual material reminding, unwinding tension adjustment and so on, synchronizing with the rewinding. Host can display speed and unwinding tension.
>Unwinding receiving table:This machine is designed with a humanized inclined plane air pressure receiving platform device to facilitate quick docking of materials when changing rolls and improve efficiency.
Traction device
>Traction drive:The traction roller is independently driven by an asynchronous high-precision servo motor.Circle-arc tooth keeps pace with belt wheel to transmit torque. The characteristic is that transmission noise is small during circle-arc tooth keeps pace with belt wheel, the transmission torque is large and power loss is small.
>Traction roller:The traction roller has undergone dynamic and static balance correction,operates stably, has no vibration source and is suitable for a wider range of materials and high-speed applications.
>Traction press roller:Traction press roller is made of rubber roller, which has undergone dynamic and static balance correction. The rise and fall of  traction press roller is  pneumatic control and pressure is adjustable.

>Back press roller:It's controlled by air cylinder when contacting press roller in rewinding.The pressure is controlled by a precision pressure regulating valve. Packaging & Shipping

Installation Instructions
